How will I know if you have received my order?
We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. The email will include your order number, order details and billing information. Be sure to check your spam/ junk email folder first as sometimes the confirmation is here.
If you still do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance and they will be able to tell you if your order has gone through.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified with a date it will be available.
Can I track my order?
When your order is on its way to you, we will send you an email to confirm all of your tracking details. Simply click on the link to follow your parcel’s journey from start to finish. A signature is required upon arrival. If nobody is home to sign, your order will be returned to the carrier's local depot and instructions will be left regarding redelivery
How long do I have to return my online order?
You have 21 days from the date the items were received to return this back to us. Goods must be within their original condition with all tags intact. You can find more details of our Returns Policy here.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for more information and to check the delivery costs for your country.

Can I pay in different currencies?
Yes, you can pay in GBP, Dollars, Euros or AUD. Simply select you preferred currency by using the currency converter located next to the shopping bag in the top right corner of the website header.
Will I have to pay Import Duties?
All prices on the site for orders within the UK include VAT at the current rate of 20%. For customers outside of the UK, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
We kindly don’t accept any order cancellations once an order is dispatched or received at customs point of the destination country. If a shipment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, multiple failed delivery attempts, or otherwise, we will be required to deduct from any refund the shipment cost both ways and any additional costs involved in returning the package to us.
Can my purchase be gift wrapped?
We aim to deliver all online orders in exclusive Tatu Couture luxury branded gift packaging as a standard service. These are delivered in a discrete outer box.
Can I add a gift message to my purchase?
Yes. You can add a personalised gift message to your purchase by either writing your message in the 'notes' section at checkout or emailing our Customer Service Team
Can you remove the pricing?
All orders placed through our website are dispatched with a delivery invoice that excludes prices.
