EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT ONLINE:
We have extended our online global returns policy to 28 days in order to offer you more flexibility. Items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the items unworn and in perfect condition with labels and swing tags intact. Please try on all knickers & bodies over your lingerie, as we will not accept returns of damaged or worn lingerie. Carefully fold the item with the all the tags attached and place the item in the original packaging and box . Seal securely and attach the return shipping label that came with your order to the outside of the box.
WHEN MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
1. Please include proof of purchase and indicate clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you want to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (any additional costs will be charged subsequent to dispatch of replacement goods). Please also include a daytime contact number.
2. You, the customer, are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you send them by registered post and retain proof of posting. Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us (longer if outside of the UK) and 7 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.
3. All items should be returned to: Tatu Couture, Chandos Business Centre, 87a, Warwick Street, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4RJ.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment card.
- We do not issue refunds to a third party
- We do not refund postage
- We do not refund goods damaged during washing
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund / exchange / replace the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us.
All Tatu Couture garments are ‘hand wash only’ due to their delicate nature, and no refund or exchange will be given on items that haven’t been cared for in the correct way.
