EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT ONLINE:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided the items are unworn and in perfect condition with labels and swing tags intact. Please return goods unworn – please try on all knickers & bodies over your lingerie, as we will not accept returns of damaged or worn lingerie.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
If you purchased your piece between November 1st and December 31st, you have until 8th of January to return your item (or 28 days from the date of receipt – whichever is longer).
If you are buying a gift and you would like to arrange an extension of the returns period, we will be very happy to help. To arrange an extension please contact customer services prior to making your purchase.
WHEN MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
1. Please include proof of purchase and indicate clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you want to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (any additional costs will be charged subsequent to dispatch of replacement goods). Please also include a daytime contact number.
2. You, the customer, are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you send them by registered post and retain proof of posting. Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us (longer if outside of the UK) and 7 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.
3. All items should be returned to: Tatu Couture, Chandos Business Centre 87a, Warwick Street, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4RJ.
- Refunds will be issued via Pay Pal for security
- We do not issue refunds to a third party
- We do not refund postage
- We do not refund goods damaged during washing
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund / exchange / replace the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us.
All Tatu Couture garments are ‘hand wash only’ due to their delicate nature, and no refund or exchange will be given on items that haven’t been cared for in the correct way.
