Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability.
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods, you may request a full return or an exchange for your item(s) within 21 days of receipt.
All products must be returned back to us in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and with the original packaging provided. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the items unworn and in perfect condition with labels and swing tags intact. Carefully fold the item with the all the tags attached and place the item in the original packaging and box. Seal securely and attach the return address label that came with your order to the outside of the box.
ENJOY EXTENDED RETURNS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON
In addition to our standard 21 day returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season returns policy to make gift purchasing even easier.
Orders placed from Tuesday 14th November, 2023 can be exchanged or returned for a refund until Monday, 8th January, 2024.
All purchases made after Saturday 16th December 2023 will receive the standard 21 day return policy.
WHEN MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
1. Please include proof of purchase and indicate clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you want to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (any additional costs will be charged subsequent to dispatch of replacement goods).
2. You, the customer, are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you send them by registered post and retain proof of posting. Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us (longer if outside of the UK) and 7 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.

All successfully returned items will be refunded via your original method of payment, less any taxes, import duties or original shipping charges incurred.
4. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (EUROPE, USA & R.O.W)
Any goods returned from outside the UK must be clearly marked on the customs declaration as 'RETURNS' to prevent customs charges being incurred.
In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund / exchange / replace the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us.
All Tatu Couture garments are ‘hand wash only’ due to their delicate nature, and no refund or exchange will be given on items that haven’t been cared for in the correct way.
